The Photos are not the best but visiting Kelly Tarlton's was amazing. I would truly recommend going if you have any interest in sea animals. I had little to no trouble making my way around. Ramps are present in the complex and there are two places that have lift access instead of ramps, but I will say that the last lift at the exit needs some updating as it is very small and I found it to be claustrophobic. Fitting in with a wheelchair maybe hard but but should be do-able.
I didn't truly realize how big Emperor Penguins are, I know they are big (toddler size) but seeing them in person is something I enjoyed very much. Moose was fascinated with the different icy, salty, strange smells but the penguins were indifferent to his presence. I was happy with this as I didn't want them bothered by his visit to their habitat.

The tunnel has a moving walkway but only half of the area is taken up by the walkway so you don't have to use it if you don't want to, and it gives you the ability to stop, step off, and take photos.

I did spend most of the time trying to get some nice photos of the turtle. I wished I had taken my nice camera instead of just the camera on my phone because it did not do well in the dim light. I think I got some ok shots though.

Overall the experience was a great one. The staff didn't query Moose being with me, they ignored him just the way it should always be.
