Having an Assistance Dog mean we as handlers need to keep them clean and well groomed.

If you have ever met a German Shepherd you should know they shed a lot consistently. This has give them the nickname of the German shedder and owners joke that they only shed twice a year- 6 months in summer, and 6 months in winter.

So one of the ways I manage all this hair is the Animates DIY Dog Wash. With it only costing $10 for every 10 minutes, I find it really good value. There is no appointment needed, you just roll on in. The units are eco-friendly and water efficient, with three products to chose from which are mixed with the water as it comes out the hose. There is also a blow dryer as well, with two levels of intensity. This bath has made it possible for me to keep up with Moose's shedding. I would say to anyone that has a dog to give this a try as it's super easy and very handy. Once you're done using the Dog Wash you just rinse it out with the disinfect setting.
